At Araca Event Merch, we want you to love your tour gear as much as the show itself. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely repackage your merch.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all event tags attached.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
